Founder-led · Running in production since 2019 · Built in Austin, TX

One system for everything you service

Kitchen, laundry, and industrial equipment on the same platform.

Every unit on the property

Fryers, ovens, dishmachines, washers, dryers, and the mechanical systems around them — each with make, model, serial, and its own history.

Multi-site accounts

Restaurant groups, chains, and facilities with equipment spread across locations. Organized by site, so a tech knows what's there before arriving.

Service, PM, and install

The emergency call, the scheduled maintenance, and the equipment swap all run through the same board and the same work orders.

Documented while the tech is there

Notes, parts, and photos captured at the unit — the record you need to bill the job and tell the next tech what happened.

Flat pricing, unlimited users

Add technicians, dispatchers, and office staff without the bill climbing. One price for the whole company.

Works with no signal

Back-of-house, basements, and equipment rooms. The app keeps working offline and syncs when a connection returns.

The board your dispatcher lives in

Every job, every tech, every status — at a glance.

Common questions

What kind of equipment does ServiceBase handle?
Anything you service on a customer's property — commercial kitchen and food equipment, laundry equipment, and industrial or process equipment, alongside the HVAC and refrigeration systems around them. Each unit carries its own record and history.
Is this for contractors or for facilities?
Contractors. ServiceBase is built for companies servicing equipment their customers own — customers, sites, dispatch, and billable work orders. It isn't a maintenance system for equipment you own yourself.
Can it handle customers with many locations?
Yes. Multi-site accounts are the normal case — a restaurant group or chain with different equipment at each store, organized by site so a technician arriving somewhere new knows what's in it.
Does it work without a connection?
Yes. ServiceBase is offline-first, so the schedule, work orders, and equipment history are on the device. Back-of-house and equipment rooms are exactly where signal disappears.
How much does it cost?
$15,000 a year, flat, with unlimited users and no per-technician fees. Implementation starts at $2,500. The price is published — you don't need a sales call to find out.
