Is it really one price?
Yes. $15,000 a year covers your entire team — technicians, dispatchers, office staff, owners. Hiring never raises your bill, and there are no feature tiers or paid modules.
What's included in the price?
Scheduling and dispatch, work orders and job history, customer, site and equipment history, the mobile app for the field, photos and field documentation, and QuickBooks Online customer sync. Everything we ship is in the price.
What does implementation cover?
Setup, configuration, data migration from whatever you're on today, training, and getting your team live. It starts at $2,500 and we agree the exact number before work begins.
What if we need something specific to how we run?
Tell us during the demo and we'll quote it with a price and a delivery date, not a spot on a roadmap. If the list of what you'd need built is longer than the list that already exists, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
Am I locked into a contract?
It's a twelve-month term billed annually — no multi-year commitment and no auto-escalating renewal. Your data is always yours to export if you leave.
