Dispatch

Field service dispatch software for the office and the field

Every job, every tech, every status on one screen the office and the field share.

Founder-led · Running in production since 2019 · Built in Austin, TX

Everything the dispatcher needs on one screen

The core of the daily job — the board, the field, and the office on the same page.

One board, the whole crew

Every tech and every job on a single screen, by day or by week. No whiteboard, no spreadsheet, no group text to keep in sync.

Reassign in seconds

A no-cool call lands at 2pm. Move the job, move the tech, and the rest of the day rebalances without redoing the board by hand.

The field sees it immediately

The tech's phone updates the moment you move something. No calling three people to tell them the afternoon changed.

Site and equipment history on the job

Whoever gets dispatched arrives knowing what's on the property and what was done to it last — even at a site they've never seen.

Status the office can trust

Scheduled, assigned, in progress, completed. The board reflects what's actually happening, not what someone remembered to report.

Works with no signal

Rooftops, mechanical rooms, and walk-ins. The app keeps working offline and syncs the moment a connection returns.

The board your dispatcher lives in

Every job, every tech, every status — at a glance.

Common questions

What is field service dispatch software?
It's the system your office uses to decide who goes where. Jobs and technicians sit on one board, work gets assigned and reassigned as the day changes, and the field sees every change immediately instead of waiting for a phone call.
How is this different from a scheduling tool?
Scheduling is planning ahead — recurring maintenance, installs, the calendar you build in advance. Dispatch is running today: who is where right now, what just came in, and who gets moved. ServiceBase does both, on the same board.
Does it work for emergency and after-hours calls?
Yes. When a unit goes down, you can see who is closest to finishing, assign the call, and have it on their phone in seconds — without rebuilding the rest of the day around it.
Do technicians need a signal to use it?
No. ServiceBase is offline-first, so the schedule, work orders, and equipment history are on the device. Techs keep working on a roof or in a basement, and everything syncs when the connection comes back.
How much does it cost?
$15,000 a year, flat, with unlimited users and no per-technician fees. Implementation starts at $2,500. The price is published — you don't need a sales call to find out.
